This is a food blog focusing on how to best feed a family with various tastes with as little time and money as possible. We will discuss meal planning, meal prep, freezer meals, and of course recipes. There will be fun tutorials and desserts thrown in. There will be lots of healthy recipes, as well as those hearty, carb-loaded meals my “meat-and-potato” husband lives off of.

I’m Rachel, I’m a wife and the mother of a little boy. I am a foodie. I love to cook, bake, eat, and experiment. Food can be a combination of all my favorite things. There is a science to it, albeit not an exact one. The mixing and blending of ingredients and flavors to make something new can be an adventure every day. There is also an art to it. A delicious meal or a beautiful cake can be a work of art.

Hopefully, through this blog, we all get to learn something new.
